Really ? The most terrible storm ever ? Is that really happened during my childhood ? I was only seven years, so I don't remember that at all. And now, I'm about to end up my 21 years old on my coming 22 years. What ? I'm still alive. That's not a 100 km/h which could get rid of us ! I will not die already. Hello there, There is a plagiarist here (Kaye Art - YouTube) on both Youtube and Deviantart, who is knowingly committing copyright infringements by tracing, copying and editing existing photos and arts without both of the owners' permissions AND acknowledges, but also put on sales without a licence. As for example, she posted a speedpaint video of my fan work (link) which she just traced and recolored without crediting me as inspiration, but also posted it on dA, claiming it is her creation (link) and put a price on it, while the rules clearly state that fan arts should NOT be put on sales. Even if she would credit me right now, it will remain an infringement because she posted it online and didn't ask for permission in the first place. When I caught her, she immediatly blocked me right away and removed my comment without any explanation. So typical of art thieves and counterfeits. Purchased stolen fan art on Etsy
A old fanart has been put in merchandise on Etsy : https://www.etsy.com/fr/listing/718690335/t-shirt-happy-tree-friends-taille-femme. Though I have no Intellectual Property over the company, the fan arts can be sent directly to the official website. Moreover, the fan art has been made by somebody, which is clearly not the seller because they neither did have the idea in the first place, nor the authorization of the company to sell their products. Above the company, they should have asked permission to the one who made the art. Although I do not have the Intellectual Property rights for the series, the art has not been made by the seller. As it is clearly stated in the Deviantart service, no fan art is allowed to be printed, either for dA purchase or non-dA purchase. The fan art has been published in 2013 for no commercial use, while it has been stolen and purchased on 2021. I just can say that it might have been found in the image search results and taken for a very (×4) long time

Everything were going well suddenly. I've been working for those four past months and started to take care of myself, as usual. Also, I've been thinking to look elsewhere than Deviantart; I'll sign my future posts otherly. Oh, and of course, I must find my graphic tablet…

Et je suis aussi en zone jaune.
Toutefois, si je puis me permettre, n'oublie pas qu'ici, viennent aussi des gens qui connaissent de tels coups de vent que nous à côté c'est de la brise (je pense aux tornades aux États-Unis ou à la mousson en Asie, par exemple).
Et dernière chose : soit pas anxieuse pour ça, ça va passer en douceur
